Refund policy

At Headstone Helper, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how to return products or request a refund for products or services.


1. Returns for Headstone Cleaning Kits

  • You may return unopened and unused kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.


2. Refunds for Cleaning Services

  • Appointments canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed unless we fail to meet the agreed-upon service standard.


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you
    or

  • Issue a full refund, including return shipping costs


4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or request a refund:

  1. Email info@headstonehelper.com

  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the request

  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and next steps


5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
